No joke. On Thursday, April 1st, Team Beachbody introduced the new and improved Coach Compensation Plan. It’s an exciting time, because this new plan will make Team Beachbody one of the MOST generous compensation companies in all of direct sales.
In 2009, our continued growth put us in a position to rethink the current payout system and craft something even better. What evolved is a plan that encourages today’s leaders to develop tomorrow’s leaders, incentivizes the opening of multiple business centers, increases the number of new earners each week, and ultimately levels the playing field in terms of earning potential for all Coaches, rookie to veteran.
