What, No Post Yesterday?

Running comes as easily to me as breathing, but coming back from more than a month long illness which included a bout with swine flu is presenting a challenge. I ran for just over 25:00 and then did 8 reps of 5 upper body exercises and was really quite tired and depressed for the rest of the day. Ouch…. Coming back from swine flu is tough!
