This Apple Raisin Cake is packed full of delicious ingredients like apples, raisins, cinnamon, walnuts, whole-wheat flour, olive oil, and honey.
That said, it’s definitely still a treat, so don’t go overboard!
All you’ll need is a big sheet pan. When it’s done, just cut into squares and serve. No fancy layers, frosting, or decorating required!
For an extra something, serve with a small scoop of frozen yogurt. It also tastes delicious with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, as a healthier alternative to whipped cream.
