I’ve been in the fitness business since 2003. I’ve pretty much heard almost every excuse out there. I’m sure I’ve used a few myself. People tend to make every excuse they can when it comes to exercises & eating right. So many people come to me & say they want to change, they want to lose weight, they want to eat healthierâ€¦But then I get the excuses. The truth is that if you really want to do it, you do it. There are no excuses.
Sort of like watching your favorite TV show. You just do it. You don’t talk yourself out of it. Or having that bag of chips or fourth slice of pizza. You just do it. And at times we justify it.
In order to reach your fitness goals, you need to change your way of thinking. You need to view it as something rewarding to your body, mind & spirit. Don’t think of exercise as a chore. The 30 or so minutes you invest in your health will reap a lifetime of rewards. Much more rewards than watching a dancing show on TV.
