As a time saver after my workouts, I add three ingredients to the blender when I make my Beachbody Performance Recover. The first two work together. One is about half a cup or so of orange juice and the other is Trader Joe’s Power Greens which has spinach. The acidic orange juice helps to get the iron out of the spinach. I also add frozen pineapple which has been shown to reduce inflammation.
Beachbody Performance Recover is available in Chocolate and Orange. Both are equally as effective and I have used both, but because of the way that I make it, I use Orange on a regular basis.
