Now I’m feeling better. I did a search for nap on my website and there are plenty of results. I did what I said yesterday that I was going to do today and I ran for about 20:00 or so and then did 21 Day Fix Upper Fix. At about 11:30, I got so tired that I laid down on the couch (one of the benefits – and drawbacks – of working from home) and fell asleep for about 20:00. From the looks of some of the Google search results, that may have been a good decision.
I loved the workout by the way and highly recommend the 21 Day Fix because it will be just that.
