Having A Hunger Attack?

What do you reach for when you have a hunger attack?   Will it satisfy your physical hunger or is it an emotional or convenience decision.   As a full time Team Beachbody Coach, I work at home and can just go out to the kitchen and make a snack.   My choice today?   A watermelon, yogurt, Shakeology smoothie that with 70 healthy ingredients in every shake makes for the healthiest snack that you could possibly have.

What do you need at home, at the office or wherever else you work?   A shaker cup or small blender, Shakeology and water, juice or milk.   What else you add is up to you.   Today I had some watermelon that needed to be finished up, added some plain yogurt, 3/4 of a scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, coconut milk and voila, the ultimate hunger satisfier!
