Helping Keep Bodies Fit and Healthy with BODi

3 Years Today as a Team Beachbody Coach

It is hard to believe, but today is the anniversary of the day three years ago when I decided to click on a link in an email from Neil Evans from Beachbody that gave me the opportunity to sign up as a Team Beachbody Coach. I had the gotten the email at the end of 2006, but with the rush of Polar heart rate monitors sales around the holidays, hadn’t clicked on the link telling me about the coaching opportunity. For the past three years, I had worked hard to become one of the top Polar authorized Internet dealers and succeeded.

Actually, taking on another responsibility seemed rather daunting because I was already shipping heart rate monitors seven days a week, 362 days a year (we have three Post Offices open 7 days a week in Albuquerque).   But I did want to offer something more to my customers.   They had purchased a tool to achieve their goals and my thinking was that if a hundred or so signed up with me to coach them, too, it would be a great means to an end.

Little did I know that 3 years later, I would have 7,585 members and a team of over 20 dedicated and committed Team Beachbody Coaches who are all as passionate about you achieving your goals as I am.

Last year, I was also rewarded for my efforts by becoming one of the top Team Beachbody Coaches and receiving a trip to Hawaii.   The Polar business has long since ended but the coaching opportunity continues on and has positively impacted my entire family.

I want to give credit first to God for my success.   I always say that the only ideas that I have are bad ideas and without Divine intervention, I surely wouldn’t be writing this blog.

Second, I want to give credit to my two business partners pictured below.   They do Beachbody workouts, they know Team Beachbody products, they drink Shakeology as their “chocolate milk” and they are always excited to get ready for our team meetings.   Being a full time coach has given me the opportunity to be with them all day every day and will provide the income that I will need to send them to the best schools and to raise them as they deserve to be raised.   They are Grace on the left and Carly on the right (that’s their Dad in the middle – me).

Third, of course, much of the credit for my success has to go to my team of coaches for seeing the Team Beachbody vision for a healthier world and working as hard as they do so that other people can achieve the health and fitness that they have as coaches as members of the Team Beachbody community.
