Blueprint $50 off your first order is a real offer, and here’s exactly how it works. After learning more about Bryan Johnson and Blueprint, and watching Don’t Die on Netflix, I decided to try some of their products myself. Blueprint puts a heavy emphasis on independent testing for quality and purity, and that matters to me.
I’m aiming to live to 104.8. Yes, that’s a real number: it’s four marathons of 26.2 years, and it’s the idea behind The 104.8 Club, my free club on the Don’t Die app. At 75, after 60 years of running, I’m always looking for what will help me stay strong for the fourth marathon.
Why I’m Switching to Blueprint
Right now I’m using supplements from another company. As each one runs out, I’m switching to Blueprint. I chose five products, each for a different need:
- Cooking and healthy fats: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the one Bryan calls “Snake Oil.” I’m using it now.
- An all-in-one daily drink: Longevity Mix.
- Gut health: Essential Microbiome.
- Omegas: Omega-3, made from algae instead of fish.
- Antioxidant support: Advanced Antioxidants.
Each one costs $49 or less. You can see all five, with prices and Blueprint’s own descriptions, on my page: The 5 Blueprint Products I’m Switching To.
