What I'm Switching To From Blueprint
(and $50 Off Your First Order)

I'm Coach Rich Dafter. I'm 75, I've been running for 60 years, and I've been sharing fitness and nutrition advice on Howtobefit.com since 1995. Right now I'm using supplements from another company. As each one runs out, I'm switching to Blueprint by Bryan Johnson. Below are the five products I chose, why I chose them, and two honest ways you can get each one.

How the $50 Works

Blueprint lets its customers share $50 off a first order. When you use my link, you get $50 off. When your order is complete, Blueprint gives me a $50 store credit. That's the whole deal.

• No subscription required. Buy one item, one time. On Blueprint's product page, choose the one-time purchase instead of Subscribe & Save.
• No code to enter. Click the button below, sign in or create a Blueprint account, and the $50 applies automatically in your cart.
• Every product on this page costs $49 or less, so the $50 covers the price of any one of them. Sales tax may apply. Blueprint ships free in the U.S. on orders of $50 or more; on smaller orders, shipping is added at checkout. Choosing two products is an easy way to qualify.

Prefer Amazon?

Every product here is also on Amazon at the same price. If you'd rather use a store you already know, with Prime shipping and Amazon's returns, that's a perfectly good choice. Amazon is a great way to try one product. Blueprint is the better deal if you'd like $50 off, especially if you want more than one. Browse the full Blueprint store on Amazon →

Questions People Ask Me

Is shipping free?
Blueprint gives new customers free shipping on a first order with no code, and free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. The $50 referral counts as a discount code, so first-order free shipping doesn't apply with it, but the $50 off is worth far more than shipping. On a smaller order, shipping is added at checkout.

Is it a subscription?
Only if you choose one. On Blueprint, pick the one-time purchase. On Amazon, a regular purchase is one-time by default.

Is this a sales trick?
No. It's Blueprint's own refer-a-friend program, the same kind many stores have. You get $50 off your first order, and I get a $50 store credit. The prices are the same on Amazon, so you can skip the referral entirely and still buy at the same price.

Do I have to join anything?
No membership and no coach. To use the $50 on Blueprint, you create a regular customer account, like any online store.

What do you do with your $50 credits?
I use them on products for my own routine, share them with my family, and bring samples to my in-person talks so people can taste them before they buy anything.

What if I don't like a product?
Amazon's usual return policy applies to Amazon orders. For Blueprint orders, see Blueprint's refund policy.

I'll share my honest experience with each product as I switch, on my Coach Blog. If you use the free Don't Die app, come join me in The 104.8 Club.

Disclosure: The Blueprint buttons are my referral link. When you complete your first Blueprint order, I receive $50 in Blueprint store credit. The Amazon buttons are affiliate links; as an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. Neither costs you anything extra. Prices as listed in October 2026; Blueprint sets its own offer terms and prices, which may change.
