Join The 104.8 Club on the Don't Die App

Think of life as four marathons of 26.2 years — 104.8 years in all. The 104.8 Club is for anyone, at any age, who wants to live all four strong. It lives inside the Don't Die app, where members track their daily habits, share their streaks, and keep each other showing up.

What Is the Don't Die App?
Don't Die is a social app for health from Bryan Johnson, the founder of Blueprint. Every day it turns three simple habits into a single Don't Die Score:
- Active calories – my daily target is 350
- Steps – my daily target is 3,500
- Sleep – my target is 7 hours
Hit all three and your day is scored Perfect. The app also lets you measure your biological age and connect with a community built around living longer and better. The app is free, and you can use it on your phone (search "Don't Die" in the App Store or Google Play) or on the web at app.dontdie.com.
The Feedback and Rewards
- A daily score that tells you at a glance whether you moved enough and slept enough.
- A weekly check-in – seven circles that fill in as you complete each day.
- Streaks that grow with every Perfect day, so you won't want to break the chain.
- A leaderboard that ranks you against other members.
- Badges and daily quests that add a little game to your healthy habits.
Why I Love It
I've been running for 60 years and coaching for 43, and the Don't Die app still changed my habits. It makes sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep, because a short night costs me a Perfect day. It rewards consistency, not heroics — the steps and calories add up from walks with my dog Maggie just as much as from trail runs.
And it works. On September 16, I was ranked #3,649. Eleven days later, at 75, I was #98, with a 16-day Perfect streak.

Becoming a Don't Die Citizen
The app also has a Citizen program. You take a short pledge to care for the health of yourself, others, and the planet, and you receive your own Don't Die Passport. I became Citizen #25,022 on September 28, 2026. My favorite line in the pledge is its last: "Because we have things to do tomorrow." At 75, that's exactly how I feel.
