I love the Don’t Die app so much that I created the 104.8 Club to share the benefits of the app and its accountability features.
If you read my post about the Don’t Die app, you know why I love it: it turns sleep, steps, and active calories into one daily score, and it won’t let me skimp on sleep without costing me a Perfect day. The app is free, and I’ve just become an official Don’t Die Citizen.
On September 16, I was ranked #3,649 on the Don’t Die app. Today, at 75, I’m #122, with a 16-day Perfect streak.
Now I’ve started a club inside the app. The 104.8 Club is built on a simple idea: think of life as four marathons of 26.2 years — 104.8 years in all. The club is for anyone, at any age, who wants to live all four strong.
Every week I’ll share my miles, my streak, my rank, and one lesson from the week. I’d love for you to share yours too.
Joining takes two steps:
- Create your free Don’t Die account with just your email, or download the Don’t Die app.
- Once you’re signed in, join The 104.8 Club.

Consistency beats perfection. See you in the club.
