So What Is a Super Block?
By now you’ve probably heard of BODi Blocks — 4 new programs that start on the first Monday of every month.
Each Block features 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks, followed by an “UP Week” (which stands for “Unconditional Progress”) to reset and recover.
A Super Block is when our Super Trainers remake one of their most popular programs in the BODi Block format.
This is your chance to revisit your favorite programs — like 21 Day Fix or T25 — with new workouts, new playlists set to popular music, and an entirely new experience.

What Is the Morning Meltdown Super Block?
Wake up to heart-pumping cardio and total-body metabolic conditioning 5 days a week, for less than 30 minutes a day.
Commit to Morning Meltdown with Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews for the next 3 weeks and you’ll awaken the fierce within.

What Kinds of Workouts Can I Expect?
Jericho incorporates HIIT-based cardio, core training, metabolic conditioning, and mixed martial arts in under 30-minute workouts. You’ll build strength to help keep up your energy levels all throughout the day.
At the end of the 3 weeks, Jericho will guide you through your UP Week (short for Unconditional Progress).
First, with Total Body Badass (a HIIT-based cardio workout designed for metabolic conditioning) and then Freestyle Flow (yoga-style exercises to help stretch your mind and muscles and optimize recovery).
You’ll also unlock 3 bonus bike rides with Jericho to further challenge you. You’ll feel the burn in your legs, quads, and hamstrings as you grow even stronger — inside and out — in your final stretch.
How Is This Evolving From the Original Program?
It’s the same Morning Meltdown you know and love only remixed with remastered workouts, fresh music, and a new look and feel.
The Morning Meltdown Super Block is just like Jericho’s original program, but with a block periodization format and mental motivation that focuses on you being authentically you.
These high-energy workouts are designed to be fast and effective, with two days of rest per week to allow your body time to recover and keep your fitness routine going — so you keep staying strong.
Do I Need Any Equipment?
You’ll only need a few pieces of equipment for this Super Block, like light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
You can also bring a yoga mat to your workouts for a little extra cushion. Opt in for a bonus during your UP Week and go on three rides on the stationary BODi Bike.
How Do I Know If the Morning Meltdown Super Block Is Right For Me?
