Keeping My Body Fit and Healthy with BODi

XB Sweat + Sculpt Sample Workout

XB Sweat + Sculpt with Andrea Rogers is perfect for you if you’re looking to move your body and have fun while working out. I had heard Andrea Rogers say on the National Wake Up Call that “if you own your body, you own your life” so I wanted to do her sample workout. She is the creator of XB Sweat + Sculpt and because the program releases tomorrow, I watched the sample workout. Notice that I said, “watched”. I was going to do it for my usual Monday Beachbody On Demand strength workout but when it started with dancing (is dancey a word?) moves I knew that it was a no-go for me. I did a 30:00 workout while I watched her and her cast members get a great workout – for them! I love mountains, You may love sweating and sculpting with Andrea Rogers. Is XB Sweat + Sculpt right for you?

XB Sweat + Sculpt is perfect for you if you’re looking to move your body and have fun while working out. The choreography is easy to follow and each workout is just 30 minutes, so you can jump right in whether you love to dance, you’re just getting started, or you simply want to sculpt and define your entire body while building strength.

What are the XB Sweat + Sculpt workouts like?

The workouts are a hybrid of cardio-dance and total-body sculpting. Andrea’s Sweat workouts alternate between intervals of follow-along cardio-dance and sculpting sequences to help slay calories and carve lean muscle. Her Sculpt workouts dial down the speed, focusing on slower, more controlled movements to help you strengthen and tone from head to toe. Andrea also created five bonus XB Sweat + Sculpt Express Workouts between 10–15 minutes each. Stack these onto your regular workouts or do them on their own when you’re short on time.

Tools & Equipment

You’ll want ankle weights and resistance loops for all the sculpting sequences in this program. Both are key for helping you achieve deeper muscle activation, improved strength, and total-body definition. The Get Started Guide and Workout Calendar will help you start strong on Day 1!
