Today is Armistice Day and Veteran’s Day. Major hostilities of World War I were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918 with the German signing of the Armistice. President Dwight Eisenhower signed into law on May 26, 1954 a bill declaring November 11th Veteran’s Day to commerate all veterans and on this day especially, we honor the men and women who have served our country in the Armed Forces.
Team Beachbody decided to do something special for a group of military personnel in El Paso, Texas, so they sent Shaun T to push our troop’s fitness limits to the max with an insane workout!
