Before I started ChaLEAN Extreme, I was in a bad place, mentally and physically. I had NO energy, no confidence and an extremely negative self-image. I was disgusted by looking at pictures of myself. And I used food and alcohol to “medicate†my emotions.
I was not the mother, wife, sister or friend that I wanted to be. But I didn’t know how to change. One of my friends started a fitness group on Facebook and I “lurked†there all the time, thinking that there was no way I could ever do that. No way that I could ever make that lifestyle change….
Then, in February when my best friend had major complications giving birth to her son, I had a complete breakdown. Years of pent-up stuff hit me, and I totally lost it. The next day I saw a post on Facebook from my dear friend and she had one spot in her 90 Day Challenge Group class…and I HAD TO HAVE IT!
My friend, Shelly who is a Beachbody Coach, saved me. She pushed me when I needed pushing and was a friend when I needed a friend. She never gave up and neither did I. She started me on ChaLEAN Extreme and Shakeology and I have never looked back.
At my 90-day weigh-in, I had lost 26 pounds, 29.5 inches overall, and dropped 3 pants sizes. I stopped using alcohol and food to cope with life’s stresses. I am now a better parent, a better role model, and a better person. My hair, skin, and nails have never been healthier, my mind has never been clearer, and my future has never been so bright. As a Beachbody Coach, I am helping women who face the same problems I overcame.
I finally feel like I have found why I am here on this earth! I have a divine purpose in life, coaching and guiding others through their journey. I seem to be attracting positivity everywhere I go. Man, it feels GOOD!
