Sharing What Helps Me Stay Fit, Healthy, and Motivated

My Summer Break is Over

My summer break started in the middle of June. Not a vacation, but rather a break from doing BODi workouts for the short term. I actually moved, and all of my workout equipment is temporarily in storage. I am weighing a move out of Albuquerque and to a nearby village where we have been taking our dogs a lot to swim in the Rio Grande. That move would be a dream come true, but it won’t be easy.

My Summer Break is Over

In the meantime, I am getting back to my BODi workout routine starting tomorrow, and I have an accountability partner to make sure that happens.

I went into the BODi Library and searched with the filters “Strength Workout” and “No Equipment” and stopped counting at 100 workouts. That will keep me busy for as long as I need them, and then I can go back to using all of the equipment that I have and can do any workout.

My choice of BODi programs is BODi LAVA with Elise Joan, which I have completed but would love to do again. The other best thing about it, besides it fitting perfectly for my situation, is that it has great flexibility, mobility, and strength moves that I can do and need to do.

I may temporarily not have access to my workout equipment, but I do have access to the BODi Library, and BODi LAVA is not only no-equipment, but it is also what an inflexible body that has been doing a lot of running and hiking this summer needs!
