Updated October 2026.
Yes, BODi has a free trial: the Monthly plan gives you 7 days free, then it’s $19 a month, and you can cancel anytime. I’ve been a BODi coach since 2007 and have done more than 30 Beachbody and BODi programs, so here’s exactly how the trial works, what you get, and how to make the most of your 7 days.

How the BODi Free Trial Works
- 7 days free on the Monthly Subscription, with full access to everything.
- After 7 days, it’s $19 a month unless you cancel.
- No annual commitment. Cancel anytime under Memberships & Subscriptions in your BODi account.
- Every BODi plan has a 31-day money-back guarantee, so there’s very little risk even after the trial ends.
What You Get During the Trial
The trial isn’t a sample. It’s the same full library Annual members get:
- 225+ workout programs, including P90X, INSANITY, 21 Day Fix, LIIFT4, PiYo, Get Strong with Kelsey Heenan, and Track Pilates with Autumn Calabrese
- Strength, cardio, yoga, Pilates, mobility, and stretching, from beginner to advanced
- Meal plans with 1,000+ recipes
- The BODi community
How to Get the Most From Your 7 Days
Seven days goes fast. Here’s what I tell people who are trying BODi for the first time:
- Pick one program, not five. Scrolling through 225 programs is the fastest way to waste a trial. If you’re not sure, start with a beginner-friendly program like 4 Weeks for Every Body or 10 Minute BODi.
- Schedule your workouts like appointments. Four or five sessions in your first week will tell you far more than one.
- Try one recipe. The meal plans are a big part of the value, and most people never look at them.
- Set a reminder for day 6. Decide whether to keep going, switch to Annual, or cancel, so there are no surprises.
Is There a Cheaper Option?
Yes. 10 Minute BODi is $10 a month with a 10-day free trial. It’s a smaller part of the library, focused on short, effective sessions, and a good fit if your schedule is tight or you’re easing back into exercise.
Free Trial or Annual Plan?
The free trial is the right choice if you’re still deciding whether BODi is for you. But if you already know you’ll use it for more than a few months, the Annual Subscription is the better value: $19 a month adds up to $228 a year, while the Annual plan is normally $179, and often less.
This month, the Annual plan is $101.16 with my code HOWTOBEFIT, about $8.43 a month. You can also start with the free trial and switch to Annual later.

My Take
At 75, I still work out 7 days a week, and BODi is the “Train” part of what I call the Howtobefit Longevity Stack. The free trial is the easiest, lowest-risk way to find out if it works for you. Give it a real try for 7 days, and you’ll know.
