People sometimes ask me why I’m still coaching after 43 years.
The answer is simple. I still believe fitness can change lives.
Over the years, I’ve seen countless trends come and go. New diets become popular. New workout programs appear. New fitness gadgets promise quick results. Yet the people who succeed usually have a few things in common. They stay consistent. They find activities they enjoy. They follow a plan. And they don’t try to do everything at once.
I’ve been a runner for 59 years and a BODi Coach since 2007. During that time I’ve completed more than 30 Beachbody and BODi programs, coached thousands of people, and continued to learn from my own successes and mistakes.
Today my mission is the same as it was when I started coaching. I want to help people build strength, improve health, increase energy, and stay active for life.
The reason I continue to recommend BODi is simple. I use the programs myself. The workouts are practical, the variety keeps things interesting, and the structure helps people stay consistent. Consistency has always been the key to long-term success.
Coaching has never been about finding the perfect workout. It has always been about helping people take the next step and keep moving forward.
That’s why I’m still coaching after 43 years.
And that’s why I’ll continue sharing the fitness, nutrition, healthy aging, and longevity strategies that have helped me and so many others stay active, healthy, and motivated through the years.
