Life is Easier and Happier with Good Nutrition & Fitness

A fit body creates a calm mind, a healthy soul and so much more!! Since I learned from my nutritionist how to eat right and found effective exercise programs, life seems a lot easier and happier for me. I would struggle daily with many ordinary things, my attitude was poor, I created problems that were unnecessary, and I had many negatives in my life.   I never realized until I began following good nutrition and proper fitness programs that I was making life more difficult.
 
I had no idea that my diet and lack of proper physical activity was making me miserable and not live to the fullest. I thought I ate mostly healthy and I exercised, but I wasn’t giving my body what it needed. Tackling daily mental and physical challenges is simpler now that I follow effective fitness programs . Building muscle and finding the right meal plan made it so much better.   I was often tired, lazy, sad and became overwhelmed with simple tasks. Focusing mentally became difficult from a lack of good food as”fuel” which created a lot of anxiety. I   had little energy, and I would compensate with caffeine or sometimes a rest/nap in the middle of the afternoon.
 
Getting through the winters used to be difficult for me.   I wouldn’t do much or go out too often, I felt isolated and had the “winter blues”. This winter, I noticed the weather did not bother me. It didn’t stop me from feeling happy, energized and in control most of the time. We had plenty of winter just like other years, with lots of cold weather, snow and ice, but my attitude had changed. My emotions and attitude weren’t controlled by the season. I controlled my emotions with positive actions and healthy choices including fitness and nutrition.
 
With positive action, I created myself into a happy and healthy person who believes that I can achieve anything! I make plenty of mistakes still, but the difference is I keep going, find solutions, and I won’t let myself fail. I try to learn from my mistakes and turn my negatives into positives. My body isn’t the only thing that became strong. My mind is now powerful, less stressed and focused.   Drinking Shakeology everyday provides lots of energy, stamina, concentration, happiness and more with all the vitamins, whole foods, antioxidants, etc. that it contains. I don’t go a single day without it, and it has become an important part of my whole family’s daily nutrition. I use to dread exercise before I found fitness programs that I loved and showed effective results. I am a true believer that the fountain of youth is found with good exercise and eating! I didn’t realize how bad I felt until I started feeling good.
