Teaming Up To Be Fit and Healthy is a joint venture by a father who has been coaching for over 40 years and a daughter entering healthcare. Together, we are going to share how we stay fit and healthy, and will help you to do the same.

Rich Dafter began running on September 1st, 1966, began coaching in November 1982, started Howtobefit.com on January 1st, 1995, and began personal training the same year. He then became a BODi Coach in January 2007 and has been doing that ever since.

Grace Dafter has always been athletic – running, playing soccer, trail running, and now hiking. With going to college full-time and working as a nurse’s assistant, she has much less time for those pursuits.

Grace and her dad are now teaming up to be fit and healthy personally, as well as teaming up to help others in their busy lives. We are sharing all of the programs and products that we use on our blog, and all commissions from sales go directly to Grace’s college fund.
