Commit to the challenge every morning for the next 3 weeks and you’ll see results all over, inside and out. In this Morning Meltdown Super Block, you’ll not only up your strength and fitness levels, but Jericho will also level up your mindset to leave you feeling unstoppable. Best of all, you’ll start each new day with fresh motivation to keep up your progress as you grow stronger.

What Are the Morning Meltdown Workouts Like?

Wake up and meltdown to heart-pumping cardio and total-body metabolic conditioning 5 days a week, for less than 30 minutes a day. Get ready to spring out of bed and get a stronger start to a good morning with 3 weeks of workouts that will inspire a consistent routine. You’ll incorporate core training, HIIT-based cardio, mixed martial arts moves, and mental motivation to not only help torch those calories, but get you fired up for your day. At the end of 3 weeks, Jericho guides you through your UP Week (short for Unconditional Progress). First, with Total Body Badass (a HIIT-based cardio workout designed for metabolic conditioning) and then Freestyle Flow (yoga-style exercises to stretch your muscles and your mind while helping optimize recovery).

UP Week for Unconditional Progress

The fourth week of your Super Block is your UP Week, which stands for Unconditional Progress. This is the week your body recovers—take time off or do the 2 optional workouts to keep up your progress while giving your body time to repair. You can also explore other BODi classes or watch monthly Mindset Master Classes from guest presenters. These options are designed to strengthen your inner motivation and mindset as you look ahead to new goals and build on this moment of feeling incredible.
