When I started out doing P90X, it exceeded my expectations of what in-home workouts could be. I tried other workouts before; some I enjoyed, while I thought others were just cheesy. After P90X brought me great results,
I wanted to mix it up a bit so I gave Insanity a try. Wow! Hell-week during my
football days was cake compared to this insane workout. Since then I have been an advocate for home fitness programs from Beachbody, the company behind P90X and Insanity. Once I was hooked on these programs, I began to build my fitness library up to have a diverse series of workouts.
I now own several workout programs on DVD. P90X is still my go -to program, but I have many to choose from to add some variety. Here are some of the benefits of owning a variety of home workout programs.
A variety of trainers – I love personal trainers; they help people get great results. Having a variety of workout systems at the touch of a remote is like having 3 or 4 personal trainers at your discretion. They show you exactly what to do. And these are not any old trainers; we’re talking about some of the most inspiring fitness experts in the industry.
Saving time – Workout classes are fun, but what if the class came to you? With an in-home workout library you could have yoga class, kickboxing, Pilates, Tai Chi, and more without driving, waiting in line, dropping the kids off, etc. Plus having supplemental workout videos to your main routine can save time as well.
One-time fee for a lifetime of fitness – Having a fitness library costs a little bit of money up front, and then it is yours to keep – for life. Even with a multitude of programs purchase, it still beats years’ worth of gym sign-up fees, monthly dues, and gas to get there.
Great results – I’m not going to lie and say that you can’t get results in a gym, studio, or fitness class. With the right tools and knowledge you can get great results. With a fitness library from Beachbody , you have all the tools you need to get the same, or better results than a gym provides. The best trainers, the best support, and the best tools, the best nutrition – all from home.
If you have ever thought about having some variety in your workouts, saving some time and money, and getting great results, my suggestion would be to start with one program that appeals to you and start building from there.
