exercise guide from the P90X program and you can use them to make it easy to
keep track of your P90X workouts. You can use the printable P90X worksheets or
use P90X in Excel format. Also included is the P90X Fit Test.

Auto Scheduling P90X Workouts
You can automatically schedule your P90X
workouts in the WOWY SuperGym®. After you enter a start date and time, your
Workout Calendar will tell you what to do each day for the complete length of
your program. In addition to the official workout schedules, which can also be
found in your program guidebook, you'll see some approved alternatives. If you
want, you can try these as a change of pace or to add variety when doing a
second or third round.
How to Auto Schedule P90X in the WOWY
Online SuperGym
You must be a Team Beachbody Club member of
free member to use the auto schedule feature for P90X. To join the WOWY Online
SuperGym,
please click here.
Once you have signed up, go to
www.teambeachbody.com
and log in with your email and password.
On the left hand side of the page near the
top, click on Get Fit, then under WOWY SuperGym, click on Learn more.
On the WOWY SuperGym page, near the center
of the page, click on Schedule Workout. Then look for "See predefined workout
schedules you can add to your calendar" and click on that link. You can then
choose the P90X workout that is right for you.
