Training Logs
A training log is an essential part of any fitness program or
competitive training program for keeping track of your progress and getting
positive feedback. You can keep track of a myriad of factors for each workout
and then be able to make valid comparisons from workout to workout. This will
in turn give you the ability to determine if your nutrition program is
providing the energy that you need for your workouts, if you are getting enough
sleep, if you are drinking enough fluids and how you tolerate different weather
conditions, just as an example. Without using a training log, you have merely
numbers that do not tell the whole story and any comparisons from workout to
workout would be invalid. We provide free training logs for gathering and
storing all of your important training information as a further means of
guaranteeing your success in whichever fitness or sports program you are
involved in.
