I am following two plans &#8211; the Strava\/McMillan plan and the BODi Super Blocks plan for XB Pilates with Andrea Rogers. As much as I like Andrea Rogers and her crew, I am glad that I did the XB Pilates Super Block Week 3 Day 4 Sculpt &amp; Define workout. I ran up and over to this point where the Albuquerque Volcanoes and Mt. Taylor can be seen to the west and then did the tempo run back. Rest to me is not running, so I did the <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/xb-pilates-super-block\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XB Pilates Super Block<\/a> Week 3 Day 3 Cardio Fusion workout in the BODi Library. I have just two workout left to complete the program and earn the BODi Badge!<\/p>\n<p>I really like Andrea Roger&#8217;s workouts, even though I only like Pilates somewhat more than yoga. But I follow along and during the parts when I wish that I was getting more strength, I grab dumbells off of my weight rack and start doing moves that I know really well having been a personal trainer.<\/p>\n<p>I have a really simple setup in our sunroom with a Fire TV, BODi, and lots of free weights. I have lots of stress and also some teeth that need attention and are giving me some pain.<\/p>\n<p>An article in the New York Times caught my eye this morning, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/03\/26\/well\/move\/weed-exercise-cannabis-workout.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Can Weed Improve a Workout?<\/a>&#8221; and I read some of it after reading a Facebook post of a high school friend of mine. She wrote,<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8220;A quick lesson about autoimmune diseases. It takes an average of 3 years and 5 doctors for a person to get a proper diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. I just wish more people understood what an autoimmune disease is.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">It is not a cold or the flu; you will never get better, and even a nap will not help. Just eating a salad and hitting the gym won\u2019t slim your face or get the pounds off.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Sleeping 10 hours doesn\u2019t leave you well rested, ever.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Last minute changes in plans because that \u201cjust got ran over\u201d feeling.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Achy joints and bones, dry skin, breaking hair, mood swings, and depression are just the tip of the iceberg.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">You are also prone to having multiple autoimmune diseases.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The \u201cput together on the outside,\u201d rarely matches the raging battle on the inside. \u201c\u2026but you don\u2019t LOOK sick\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I am watching the ones who will take the time to read this entire post and react.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Please, in honor of someone who is fighting Graves Disease, Myasthenia Gravis , POTS, MCAD, Sjogren&#8217;s, Scleroderma, Hashimoto Disease, Hypothyroidism, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, ITP, Sarcoidosis, CVID, RSDS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hepatitis, Raynauld&#8217;s Syndrome, Diabetes, Mold Illness, Celiac, Crohn\u2019s, Ulcerative Colitis, Pemphigus, Neuropathy, SPS, MS, PBC, Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, CIDP, Behcet&#8217;s, Alopecia, MMN And GPA<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">If you feel called to spread the awareness on this, or show some love to the autoimmune warriors in your life: Paste to your page and reply &#8220;DONE&#8221; on mine.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Unfortunately, most of us know someone fighting against one or more of these diseases.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">To those folks, I am sending loving comfort and extra spoons!!&#8221;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Her post really hit home and after all these years, there probably won&#8217;t be much change. About a year ago, I went to my primary and asked him why I was in so much pain and he did blood tests. When the results came back he said, &#8220;Well, there&#8217;s nothing medically wrong with you. You must have fibromyalgia or something&#8221; and copied and pasted something that he google to explain it. That was zero help.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Based on the New York Time article, I googled CBD gummies and found this review in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/health\/cbd\/best-cbd-gummies-for-pain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forbes<\/a>.
