I am 72, train basically 7 days a week, I am a plant-based athlete, and a single dad raising two teenage daughters on his own. I drink <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/d\/BBPEnergizeAllFlavors?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energize<\/a> before every workout and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/shakeology?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate Plant-Based Shakeology<\/a> throughout the day every day. I started the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beachbodyondemand.com\/blog\/what-is-a-bodi-block?referringrepid=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BODi Blocks<\/a> program on March 6th and I am currently doing the March All BODi Block. It became available to order on March 16th, 2009 and my order arrived on March 20th.
