She is the creator of XB Sweat + Sculpt and because the program releases tomorrow, I watched the sample workout. Notice that I said, &#8220;watched&#8221;. I was going to do it for my usual Monday Beachbody On Demand strength workout but when it started with dancing (is dancey a word?) moves I knew that it was a no-go for me.
