For me, daily wellness consists of personal development, proper nourishment, performance supplements, and working out. I am currently running 6 \u2013 7 days a week and doing the rest of my workouts in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/us\/b\/fitness\/beachbodyondemand?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beachbody On Demand<\/a>\u00a0as time permits (while raising two teenage daughters on my own). My current workout program is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/us\/b\/fitness\/job1?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Job 1 with Jennifer Jacobs<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Personal Development<\/h3>\n<p>Read Day 262 of Billy Graham\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/users\/richdafter\/reading-plans\/601-the-billy-graham-devo\/subscription\/711887516\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day By Day Devotional<\/a>\u201d in the YouVersion app<\/p>\n<p>Read Day 296 in the Bible Project \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/users\/richdafter\/reading-plans\/22273-bibleproject-one-story-that-leads-to-jesus\/subscription\/597432376\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One Story That Leads to Jesus<\/a>\u201d Bible reading plan<\/p>\n<p>Listened to Joel Osteen\u2019s message, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/QtaVlf0L910\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">It&#8217;s Just a Matter of Time<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Supplements<\/h3>\n<p>Every morning, I drink Beachbody Performance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/d\/BBPEnergizeAllFlavors?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energize<\/a> whether I am working out or not. Every day, I drink <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/try-shakeology-risk-free-for-30-days\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shakeology<\/a>\u00a0and today\u2019s shake is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/us\/d\/tropical-strawberry-plant-based-vegan-shakeology-SHKTropicalVegan?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plant-Based Tropical Strawberry.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Because I eat a plant-based diet, on a daily basis, I take sublingual B12 from Trader Joe&#8217;s. Every other day, I take zinc with vitamin C from Whole Foods and a Nature Made iron tablet.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning on June 22nd, I started taking\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/benefits-and-dangers-of-st-johns-wort\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">St. John\u2019s Wort<\/a> before I start my day, <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/7-health-benefits-of-ashwagandha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ashwagandha<\/a> before running and <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/7-health-benefits-of-rhodiola\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rhodiola<\/a>\u00a0after running followed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/health-benefits-of-holy-basil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">holy basil<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/6-benefits-of-stinging-nettle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nettle<\/a> later.
