For me, daily wellness consists of personal development, proper nourishment, performance supplements, and working out. I am currently running 6 &#8211; 7 days a week and doing the rest of my workouts in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/us\/b\/fitness\/beachbodyondemand?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beachbody On Demand<\/a> as time permits (while raising two teenage daughters on my own). My current workout program is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/us\/b\/fitness\/job1?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Job 1 with Jennifer Jacobs<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Personal Development<\/h3>\n<p>Read Day 261 of Billy Graham&#8217;s &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/users\/richdafter\/reading-plans\/601-the-billy-graham-devo\/subscription\/711887516\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day By Day Devotional<\/a>&#8221; in the YouVersion app<\/p>\n<p>Read Day 295 in the Bible Project &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/users\/richdafter\/reading-plans\/22273-bibleproject-one-story-that-leads-to-jesus\/subscription\/597432376\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One Story That Leads to Jesus<\/a>&#8221; Bible reading plan<\/p>\n<p>Listened to Joel Osteen&#8217;s message, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Se2VfHn2ymk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kind Words Work Wonders<\/a>&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Supplements<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/benefits-and-dangers-of-st-johns-wort\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">St. John&#8217;s Wort<\/a> before I start my day. <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/7-health-benefits-of-ashwagandha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ashwagandha<\/a> and Beachbody Performance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/d\/BBPEnergizeAllFlavors?referringRepID=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energize<\/a> before running. <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/7-health-benefits-of-rhodiola\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rhodiola<\/a> after running followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/health-benefits-of-holy-basil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">holy basil<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/6-benefits-of-stinging-nettle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nettle<\/a> later.
