If a class is full, you can still join it and work out \u2014 your image just won\u2019t appear on the big screen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How Do I Get the Best BODcast Experience?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lights, camera, action!<\/p>\n<h3>LIGHTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Set yourself up in a well-lit room. Natural daylight is typically best.<\/li>\n<li>Try to avoid windows beside or behind you so you don\u2019t appear as a silhouette.<\/li>\n<li>If you can, add lighting to the front of your space so we can see your face on-screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CAMERA<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Try to position your camera about 6 to 7 feet away from you, right around eye level so your body is visible at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a plain, simple background.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the camera is stable.<\/li>\n<li>To prevent distortion of your screen, don\u2019t use the wide-angle feature.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t be shy! Stay on camera where everyone can see you.<\/li>\n<li>A strong wi-fi signal is key.
