Check your protein intake<\/h3>\n<p>Protein is crucial for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.beachbodyondemand.com\/blog\/the-effect-of-dietary-protein-on-your-muscles?referringrepid=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">muscle repair and growth<\/a>.
