What if, instead of opening Instagram or a news app, you dedicated that time toward stillness?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI choose to make time for meditating,\u201d says Robinson. \u201cI have found I am a better human when I have a routine. Meditation is a part of my morning and bedtime ritual.
