The following is my experience.<\/p>\n<p>I started July 31st actually with the #mbf Muscle Burns Fat <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/mbf-free-sample-workout\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">free sample workout<\/a> and loved it so much that I bought the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/shop\/us\/d\/mbf-accessories-bundle-MBFAccessoryBundle?referringRepId=1393&amp;locale=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#mbf Accessories Bundle<\/a>. Since I already have <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/stream-beachbody-on-demand-for-free-for-14-days\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Beachbody On Demand<\/a> and #mbf doesn&#8217;t come out until October. The bundle comes with VIP Early Access to stream #mbf and #mbfa\u2122, the #mbf and #mbfa Get Started Guides with Workout Calendars and the BOD\u00ae Rope, the Cordless Indoor Jump Rope. Unfortunately, the program was successful far beyond pandemic projections and the BOD Rope will be out of stock for a few weeks. I will have it in time to do #mbfa (Muscle Burns Fat Advanced) though.<\/p>\n<h3>#mbf Muscle Burns Fat &#8211; Week 1<\/h3>\n<p>The Week 1, Day 1 workout is Lower Body Burn and since my legs are strong from running and walking, it was quite doable. I was thankful actually to have that workout right away in the program. Most of the time, I make it the same way but if there is fruit that needs to be finished up, I add it.
