You\u2019re building lean muscle; you\u2019re reshaping it. So I know we all love to get on the scale. I hate that darn thing, get rid of it,\u201d she adds.\u00a0\u201cLook at your body, look at the way your clothes fit. Have you lost inches? That\u2019s really important, take your measurements.
