She asked me to do this workout with her. At first, I wasn\u2019t feeling it at all, coming home from work, having a couple of beers, eating whatever and playing with the kids.<\/p>\n<p>I thought I was in great shape \u2014 I didn\u2019t need to work out!<\/p>\n<p>I was totally wrong.\u00a0When we started Day 1, I could hardly do 10 push-ups.<\/p>\n<p>Amoila is a bad-ass in my book! No beating around the bush. I feel like I have the same attitude as Amoila: Don\u2019t waste your time, you\u2019re here to the work.<\/p>\n<p>I never cared about the scale and still don\u2019t. It doesn\u2019t define how I feel at the end of the day.\u00a0I feel amazing. I feel so much stronger.<\/p>\n<p>One thing that I learned about the nutrition part of the program was how much unhealthy food I was eating. It had a big effect on the way I view food. I truly believe that nutrition was a huge factor in helping me get results.<\/p>\n<p>I definitely realized that my portions were so much bigger than they should be.
