My favorite food:<\/strong>\u00a0I have so many favorites! But I LOVE anything chocolate. And salt &amp; vinegar potato chips!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>2. My least favorite food:<\/strong>\u00a0Acorn squash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>3. My idea of a perfect meal:<\/strong>\u00a0I am truly an Italian at heart, so my perfect meal would\u00a0be spaghetti Bolognese with garlic knots, chopped salad, and a cheese plate \u2014 followed\u00a0by homemade chocolate layer cake with a scoop of vanilla gelato!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>4. What motivates me when I\u2019m not in the mood to work out or eat healthy:<\/strong>\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0mostly motivated by a desire to FEEL good.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">If I\u2019m not working out and nourishing my\u00a0body well, I tend to get brain fog, fatigue, and anxiety. So, my greatest motivation is to\u00a0feel my best and function at my highest potential so I can create, and be present for all\u00a0the people I love.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>5. My guilty pleasure:<\/strong>\u00a0BBC Murder Mysteries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>6. One thing I\u2019m really good at:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintaining a positive outlook on life. Oh, and baking!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>7. One thing I\u2019m really bad at:<\/strong>\u00a0Driving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>8. How I clear my head after a crappy day:<\/strong> I usually move my body in some way. Maybe a sunset walk with the pup, a yoga class or a swim in the Pacific.\u00a0 I love any sort of moving meditation to clear my head.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>9. The song (or type of music) that always puts me in a good mood:<\/strong>\u00a0I not-so-secretly LOVE \u201990s and 2000s hip-hop! It always makes me smile. And classic \u201980s &amp; \u201990s music.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">I also love listening to classical music while I work, and anything from the\u00a0Rat Pack era when I cook. I think different kinds of music make me feel happy in\u00a0different ways.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>10. The talent I would most like to have:<\/strong>\u00a0I\u2019d love to be able to play golf, so I could\u00a0keep up with my husband! And Jedi mind control (obviously).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>11. Who I admire and why:<\/strong>\u00a0I admire all women who elevate and support other women. We need each other to thrive, so let\u2019s keep lifting one another UP!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>12. The qualities I most admire in someone:<\/strong>\u00a0Kindness, a solid work ethic,\u00a0generosity of spirit, accountability, integrity and a killer sense of humor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>13. The things I most value in my friends:<\/strong>\u00a0Loyalty, joyfulness, a \u201csay YES\u201d spirit,\u00a0and the desire to actively make a positive impact in the world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>14. Qualities that have gotten me to where I am today:<\/strong>\u00a0Optimism, authenticity, empathy, and resilience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>15. The change I\u2019d like to see in my industry:<\/strong> Beachbody is definitely the front-runner for curating positive change in this industry.\u00a0\u00a0They focus on delivering premium content to genuinely help all people.\u00a0 I love seeing their commitment to body positivity, age diversity, and helping Team Beachbody Coaches build their own successful businesses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Outside of Beachbody, I\u2019d love to see less emphasis placed on the number of Instagram followers and popularity.\u00a0 I would like to see more emphasis placed on real experience, true passion and ongoing education in trainers, teachers, and leaders in my industry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>16. The best advice I\u2019ve ever gotten:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cTrust yourself, and your path\u2026 and find joy in\u00a0the journey as it all unfolds.\u201d \u2013 my Dad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>17. The best advice I could give someone:<\/strong>\u00a0Stay focused on being the best version of\u00a0YOU you can be\u2026. And then show up intentionally &amp; powerfully each day in the\u00a0direction of your goals, and surrender what is out of your control.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>18. My greatest achievement is:<\/strong>\u00a0Professionally, becoming a Beachbody Super\u00a0Trainer!! Personally, turning life\u2019s challenges into opportunities to learn and grow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>19. My idea of a perfect day:<\/strong>\u00a0Waking up early and enjoying my hot coffee and morning\u00a0gratitude meditation, followed by a workout.
