Study after study has shown that it increases \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t health and general well being. It&#8217;s been said that if exercise were a \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t drug, it would be the most powerful medication on earth. However, it still \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t seems difficult to get people to workout on a regular basis. When life gets \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t hectic, it&#8217;s generally the first thing that gets crossed off the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t do\u00e2\u20ac\u009d list. In reality, it should be the last. It&#8217;s an industry \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t standard to tell people that they should consult a physician before beginning \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t an exercise program.
