{"id":3540,"date":"2015-02-16T08:54:48","date_gmt":"2015-02-16T15:54:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/?p=3540"},"modified":"2025-10-11T16:07:57","modified_gmt":"2025-10-11T22:07:57","slug":"my-21-day-fix-day-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/2015\/02\/16\/my-21-day-fix-day-21\/","title":{"rendered":"My 21 Day Fix Day 21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In case any of you thought that I didn&#8217;t wake up from the nap that I mentioned in Day 2 of the <a title=\"Learn more about the 21 Day Fix\" href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/BCP21D160?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">21 Day Fix<\/a> and that would explain why there wasn&#8217;t another post, I am happy to say that I just got sidetracked &#8211; for 19 days apparently.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s possible but highly unlikely that is what happened and the more obvious reason is that I am not a good blogger.\u00a0 That could change and hopefully it will.<\/p>\n<p>I am seriously happy to report that I finished the 21 Day Fix yesterday and got great results. \u00a0 I didn&#8217;t have weight to lose, but rather muscle to put on. \u00a0 I gained a few pounds of muscle, got more flexible and really began to like yoga thanks to Autumn Calabrese. \u00a0 I at first didn&#8217;t relate to Autumn but as I did each of the workouts I realized that she is focused, passionate and knows how to get people into great shape. \u00a0 I give Autumn Calabrese two thumbs up as the newest Beachbody trainer.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s next? \u00a0 I am doing Pilates Fix today and then will run tomorrow or Wednesday depending on how my calf strain is healing and then will probably go into <a title=\"Learn more about PiYo\" href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/BCPPY160?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PiYo<\/a> so that I can review it for you. \u00a0 Who knows, it could be another three weeks before I post and I might have the 21 Day Fix Extreme by then. \u00a0 I am posting the results of the test group below their image and I sure wouldn&#8217;t mind going into March with any of their results!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/checkout\/-\/bbcheckout\/challengepack\/21-day-fix-extreme?referringRepId=1393\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3543\" src=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/21-day-fix-extreme-test-group-results.jpg\" alt=\"21 Day Fix Extreme Test Group Results\" width=\"770\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/21-day-fix-extreme-test-group-results.jpg 770w, https:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/21-day-fix-extreme-test-group-results-300x126.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>FIXated on EXTREME<\/h3>\n<p>From the <a title=\"Team Beachbody Blog\" href=\"http:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/teambeachbodyblog\/?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Team Beachbody Blog<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"vc_span12 wpb_column column_container\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_raw_code wpb_content_element wpb_raw_html\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>What you see is what you get.
