{"id":3526,"date":"2015-01-26T19:19:48","date_gmt":"2015-01-27T02:19:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/?p=3526"},"modified":"2025-10-11T16:09:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-11T22:09:20","slug":"21-day-fix-day-one-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/2015\/01\/26\/21-day-fix-day-one-again\/","title":{"rendered":"21 Day Fix Day One (Again)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/summer-bodies-are-made-in-winter.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-3528\" src=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/summer-bodies-are-made-in-winter-150x150.png\" alt=\"summer-bodies-are-made-in-winter\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Given the opportunity to work out with a friend in the SuperGym and in our <a title=\"Take Charge of Your Body for Life Facebook challenge group\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/simplestepstosuccesschallenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Take Charge of Your Body for Life<\/a> Facebook challenge group, I decided to start the <a title=\"Learn how you can save money with the 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack\" href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/BCP21D160?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">21 Day Fix<\/a> over again. \u00a0 It was an easy decision really because I had already gotten behind on my workouts. \u00a0 Over the past 3 weeks I have been moving back home and I didn&#8217;t finish until Friday, so it was a blessing to have <a title=\"Team Beachbody Coach Jessica Jorge Watters\" href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/fitwithjessica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jessica<\/a> and some other people to start all over again today.<\/p>\n<p>How was the workout? \u00a0 I actually loved it. \u00a0 The last time, I skipped the first workout and opted instead to run as my cardio workout. \u00a0 But as I posted on Facebook, running comes as naturally to me as breathing, so the 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio Fix was a workout. \u00a0 From now on, I am doing every workout on every day that it is scheduled. \u00a0 I will cut back my runs to just 20:00 to 30:00 until I adapt to the double workouts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/supergym-temperature-012615.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-3527\" src=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/supergym-temperature-012615-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"supergym-temperature-012615\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Until I did that Cardio Fix workout, I didn&#8217;t really want to do The Fix. \u00a0 The heater doesn&#8217;t work in our sunroom where we work out and as you can see, the temperature was just 42 degrees. \u00a0 That&#8217;s a great running temperature for January, but I made a commitment to my workout partners and I also had entered <a title=\"Take The Beachbody Challenge\" href=\"https:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/beachbody-challenge?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Beachbody Challenge<\/a> (getting a T-shirt for completing a workout works for me and if you send in your results, you could win $500.00).<\/p>\n<p>So I did it with my <a title=\"E &amp; E Energy and Endurace Pre-Workout Drink\" href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/EandETub?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">E &amp; E<\/a> on the weight rack within easy reach and then made my <a title=\"Shakeology is a nutrient dense protein shake and meal replacement\" href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/MDSUSH311G?referringRepId=1393%20 \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate Shakeology<\/a> &#8220;replacement&#8221; drink right after the workout. \u00a0 That has been the routine that has worked for me for years &#8211; E &amp; E before and with the workout and Shakelogy after to restore and replenish.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/e-and-e-weight-rack.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-3529\" src=\"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/e-and-e-weight-rack-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"e-and-e-weight-rack\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Tomorrow is Upper Fix so I am looking forward to that and I will warm up before it with a 20:00 run. \u00a0 If you want to join me in the <a title=\"Team Beachbody SuperGym\" href=\"http:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/get-fit?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SuperGym<\/a>, that would be great. \u00a0 The Gym is free and there are thousands of people working out in it at all hours of the day and night &#8211; and you don&#8217;t have to leave home to be in it!<\/p>\n<p>PS &#8211; I am not going to do the <a title=\"3 Day Refresh\" href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/3DayRefresh?referringRepId=1393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3 Day Refresh<\/a> this time. \u00a0 <a title=\"Team Beachbody Coach Christy Dafter\" href=\"http:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/coachchristy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Christy<\/a> and the girls went to Colorado to watch Preston play basketball and she needed the Refresh after a weekend of eating at restaurants. \u00a0 She said that the Fiber Shake tastes good and I tried the Vanilla Shake. \u00a0 If you have had Vanilla Shakeology, it doesn&#8217;t taste that good, but it isn&#8217;t too bad.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px;
