It is not fun. There is no easy way out, and it takes time and effort to obtain or regain a healthy body. When there is a goal of losing weight, one of the hardest things to do is to reach out to someone and ask for help.<\/p>\n<p><em>What do I do?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Who do I turn to?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>What works?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>What doesn&#8217;t?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>What will people think of me?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s okay. There are a lot of questions, and the beautiful thing is, there are people out there with answers and solutions. \u00a0If weight loss is your goal, I have a solution&#8230; SCRATCH THAT&#8230; I have <strong><em>many<\/em><\/strong> solutions. As a fitness coach I can help you find the one that is perfect for YOU.<\/p>\n<p>We are all different. We have different likes and dislikes. Different work schedules. Different personal commitments to uphold. Some of us have time and want to work out for 2 hours each day, and for some of us 20 minutes a day sounds like an ideal amount of exercise time.
