I&#8217;ve pretty much heard  almost every excuse out there. I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ve used a few myself. People  tend to make every excuse they can when it comes to exercises &amp;  eating right. So many people come to me &amp; say they want to change,  they want to lose weight, they want to eat healthier\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6But then I get the  excuses. The truth is that if you really want to do it, you do it. There  are no excuses.<\/p>\n<p>Sort of like watching your favorite TV show. You just do it. You  don&#8217;t talk yourself out of it. Or having that bag of chips or fourth  slice of pizza. You just do it. \u00a0 And at times we justify it.<\/p>\n<p>In order to reach your fitness goals, you need to change your way of  thinking. You need to view it as something rewarding to your body, mind  &amp; spirit. Don&#8217;t think of exercise as a chore. The 30 or so minutes  you invest in your health will reap a lifetime of rewards. \u00a0 Much more  rewards than watching a dancing show on TV.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re serious about taking your health back, then stop making excuses.
