{"id":1892,"date":"2011-04-29T10:49:00","date_gmt":"2011-04-29T17:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/?p=1892"},"modified":"2020-01-24T19:32:15","modified_gmt":"2020-01-25T02:32:15","slug":"react-like-a-zhu-zhu-pet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/howtobefit.com\/coach-blog\/2011\/04\/29\/react-like-a-zhu-zhu-pet\/","title":{"rendered":"React Like A Zhu Zhu Pet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last week I set my plan, finish my advanced round of <a href=\"http:\/\/budurl.com\/yxme\">Power90<\/a>, then move on to <a href=\"http:\/\/budurl.com\/Asylum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Insanity: The Asylum<\/a>.<\/a> Two days later, my shoulder said, not so fast. I woke up and couldn&#8217;t lift my arm much above my waist. Ouch!<\/p>\n<p>Did I overdo it? Possibly, but I don&#8217;t think so. I&#8217;m a strong proponent of following the plan and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153going all in\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. But I also stress listen to your body. Don&#8217;t quit because your mind says you&#8217;re tired, or you can&#8217;t do it. But if your body is saying ouch, adjust.<\/p>\n<p>I attribute my success with these programs to the plan for each of them. It takes the guess work out. Choose a routine, follow the schedule, and follow the nutrition. This week I went into \u00e2\u20ac\u0153wing it\u00e2\u20ac\u009d mode, picking a workout to do each day. That&#8217;s not a plan that works for me. So last night I looked through my fitness library, in search of something intense, yet limited on upper body. I chose <a href=\"http:\/\/budurl.com\/eual\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brazil Butt Lift<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The program seems to be targeted towards the ladies, focusing on shaping up the booty. But, it&#8217;s a great leg and butt routine, so, off I go. This morning was day one, Bum Bum. The program is 30 days, and there are four schedules you can follow. So, you could do 30 days, change schedules, do another, etc. Around day 25, I&#8217;ll evaluate, and choose the next path. This should give my shoulder more time to recover.<\/p>\n<p>So, what does this have to do with Zhu Zhu&#8217;s? My daughter was play with a Zhu Zhu yesterday. What happens when it hits a wall? It moves back a small amount, turns, and takes off again. I hit a wall with my work. I could get frustrated, focus on what I can&#8217;t do, and&#160; give up. But I chose to step back, focus on what I can do, turn, and take a different path. If I hit another wall, I&#8217;ll turn again. Never give up!
