\u00a0 All the workouts in this program are created to prepare you for <em>Game Day<\/em>, the first of which is on day 11. \u00a0 I was nervous for <em>Game Day<\/em> since <em>Vertical Plyo<\/em> is the craziest workout ever created (a workout in which I am determined to conquer not only my fears of the workout itself, but also the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153oh so innocent looking\u00e2\u20ac\u009d agility ladder).  \u00a0 \u00a0<em>Game Day<\/em> is a challenging workout where Shaun T makes you feel as though you are competing in the sport of basketball, wrestling and swimming (to name a few) while only using your body and imaging. \u00a0 This program focuses on strength, agility and speed.<\/p>\n<p>Shaun T wasn&#8217;t kidding when he said <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Insanity?referringRepId=44910\">Insanity<\/a><\/em> is the warm-up and <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Asylum?referringRepId=44910\">Asylum<\/a><\/em> is the workout! \u00a0 <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Insanity?referringRepId=44910\">Insanity<\/a><\/em> focuses on speed, while <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Asylum?referringRepId=44910\">Asylum<\/a><\/em> takes it to a whole other level by adding agility and strength to the mix.<\/p>\n<p>I actually do not enjoy strength training, but would incorporate it into my workout programs because I know how important it is. \u00a0 However, I look forward to <em>Asylum: \u00a0 Strength<\/em> since it has such a unique style of training where Shaun T adds weights and resistance bands to cardio\/plyometrics. \u00a0 One of the moves is in and out pushups with bands on your hands and ankles while staying inside the agility ladder! \u00a0 Crazy!<\/p>\n<p>When I am complete with my first round of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Asylum?referringRepId=44910\">Asylum<\/a><\/em> I am going right into a second!<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Asylum?referringRepId=44910\">Asylum<\/a><\/em> also created hybrids with <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Insanity?referringRepId=44910\">Insanity<\/a><\/em> as well as <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/P90X?referringRepId=44910\">P90X<\/a><\/em> to add variety (although I can&#8217;t imagine getting bored with this one).<\/p>\n<p>I look forward to getting my <em><a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Asylum?referringRepId=44910\">Asylum<\/a><\/em> \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I&#8217;m committed\u00e2\u20ac\u009d t-shirt at the end of round one.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on this or any other BeachBody programs please visit my site @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitwithdiana.com\/\">http:\/\/www.fitwithdiana.com\/<\/a> \u00a0 and on Facebook @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Fitness-with-Diana\/136555063025443\">Fitness with Diana<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I do believe Asylum is my favorite workout program to date!
