Well Its a Good Thing!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"post-body-5934920401442826863\">I&#8217;m almost done with week 4 of <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Insanity?referringRepId=37971\">Insanity<\/a>. \u00a0 I never thought I&#8217;d say it, but I really love it now. Last summer, I missed Tony Horton so much while Shaun T. put me through so much torture. But I think Shaun has won my heart, although I will always have a spot open for Tony, too.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With Insanity, I am jumping higher, moving faster and overall have better cardio performance. Maybe one day I can put all of this to some use, but for now it helps me with chasing the kids around the playground.<\/p>\n<p>However, I was a little shocked when I noticed my pants were fitting a little tighter in the thigh area. \u00a0 Not a lot tighter, but just enough to notice a difference. \u00a0 All the jump squats and power jacks have caused my quads to grow, and my calves look more sculpted. And I think my booty is a wee bit bigger too. At first, like most women I was very alarmed by this. \u00a0 I eat clean, I really try to watch my portions. I don&#8217;t drink alcohol on a regular basis, and I drink water only.<\/p>\n<p>After comparing notes with my friend, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/fitnesswithjessica#!\/diandra.hyman\">Diandra<\/a>, I realized I wasn&#8217;t the only one out there who \u00a0got these results. \u00a0 And after thinking about it, I decided that I am okay with this. \u00a0 As long as its not fat I&#8217;m gaining and my thighs (and booty) look good, I&#8217;m cool with that.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d rather have muscular (and I must say still lean looking) \u00a0thighs than skinny, flabby ones.<\/p>\n<p>I remember last year I pointed out to a friend that I wouldn&#8217;t mind if my body looked like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/imgres?imgurl=http:\/\/www.psy-strike.com\/ms_dreya.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=http:\/\/www.weblo.com\/celebrity\/available\/Dreya_Weber\/259959\/&amp;usg=__-DjnnPxvdXG64bnzGFX-7TSqKn4=&amp;h=260&amp;w=300&amp;sz=21&amp;hl=en&amp;start=0&amp;zoom=1&amp;tbnid=Vzgm7yaikqPE1M:&amp;tbnh=128&amp;tbnw=148&amp;ei=rNC5TYOdJYXVgQeun8Bf&amp;prev=\/search%3Fq%3Ddreya%2Bweber%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DX%26rlz%3D1T4GZAZ_enUS419US419%26biw%3D1579%26bih%3D601%26tbm%3Disch%26prmd%3Divnso&amp;itbs=1&amp;iact=rc&amp;dur=390&amp;page=1&amp;ndsp=28&amp;ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0&amp;tx=70&amp;ty=50\">Dreya Weber&#8217;s<\/a>, of <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/P90X?referringRepId=37971\">P90X<\/a> fame. She remarked, &#8220;I don&#8217;t know she&#8217;s kind of big.&#8221; But I don&#8217;t think so. I think she looks strong and healthy, rather than skinny and waif-like. \u00a0 I grew up skinny and waif-like and its not fun. Especially when everyone else had nice curves.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll keep doing my <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Insanity?referringRepId=37971\">Insanity<\/a> workouts, and I will keep eating the way I do.
