Day 15 means another Fit Test! I was really excited to see if I had made any improvements from the first Fit Test.<\/p>\n<p>So down to the basement we went at an early morning hour. \u00a0 I&#8217;ll tell you, early morning workouts aren&#8217;t everyone&#8217;s cup of tea, but it sure is nice to have your workout done! And did you know that if you workout first thing in the morning (before breakfast) helps you burn more fat during cardio based workouts. And some studies suggest that you continue to burn even more calories through out the day compared to those who workout after breakfast.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-WajSS2KOR1Q\/TayfFaJOIVI\/AAAAAAAAALM\/ntkC3-vhXmU\/s1600\/Me+041411.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-WajSS2KOR1Q\/TayfFaJOIVI\/AAAAAAAAALM\/ntkC3-vhXmU\/s200\/Me+041411.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nWell, back to the Fit Test. When you do the Fit Test, you get a pretty good workout. \u00a0 But today I decided to add in the first round of <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/P90X?referringRepId=37971\">P90X<\/a> Shoulders &amp; Arms, as well as some Ab Ripper X.<\/p>\n<p>Here are my results from Fit Test 1:<\/p>\n<p>Switch Kicks 100 (or 50 each leg)<\/p>\n<p>Power Jacks 58<br \/>\nPower Knees 100<br \/>\nPower Jumps 44<br \/>\nGlobe Jumps 8<br \/>\nSuicide Jumps 14<br \/>\nPush-up Jacks 29<br \/>\nLow Plank Oblique 40<\/p>\n<p>And here are results from Fit Test 2 (today):<\/p>\n<p>Switch Kicks \u00a0124 (or \u00a062 each leg)<\/p>\n<p>Power Jacks \u00a055 (what happened here?? 3 less than last week)<br \/>\nPower Knees 116<br \/>\nPower Jumps 42 (hey! 2 less than last week!!)<br \/>\nGlobe Jumps \u00a013<br \/>\nSuicide Jumps 15<br \/>\nPush-up Jacks 29<br \/>\nLow Plank Oblique \u00a046 (or 92 each knee)<\/p>\n<p>So I \u00a0improved in some, stayed the same in one and \u00a0for some reason dropped in 2. \u00a0 I may have been focusing on better form this time around (I hope so&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Well on to the official start of Week 3 of <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/Insanity?referringRepId=37971\">Insanity<\/a>! \u00a0Will post \u00a0Fit Test 3 in a couple of weeks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This morning marked Day 15 of Insanity for my husband and me.
