\u00a0 Your body is saying I need a break but your ego is saying go, go, go, harder, harder, harder. \u00a0 Who wins? \u00a0 Your body wins every time and you either break down and get sick because your immune system has been compromised, you get injured because your muscles, connective tissues and joints aren&#8217;t getting a break or you get so tired that you quit. \u00a0 So much for listening to the experts, let alone listening to your body.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t believe me?
