And while there&#8217;s a lot  of science behind \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t what you&#8217;ll see as you follow along, our goal was to make it  as simple as the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t original Beachbody<sup> \u00ae<\/sup> tagline: \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <em>Just Push Play<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever you have one successful workout \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t program, it&#8217;s always hard to decide what to do next. When  you have three, like \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/TurboJam?referringRepId=1393\">Turbo  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Jam<sup> \u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Turbo Kick<sup> \u00ae<\/sup>, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t and \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/CHALEAN?referringRepId=1393\">ChaLEAN  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Extreme<sup> \u00ae<\/sup><\/a> creator Chalene Johnson does, it can seem like an especially  daunting task. But \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t when Johnson&#8217;s Fat Blaster workout (part of the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/TurboJamFBE?referringRepId=1393\">Turbo  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Jam<sup> \u00ae<\/sup> <em>Fat \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Burning Elite<\/em><\/a> program) became a serendipitous hit,  we knew it was time \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t for Chalene to take things to the next level. That&#8217;s how the  idea for \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <a href=\"http:\/\/teambeachbody.com\/shop\/-\/shopping\/TurboFire?referringRepId=1393\">TurboFire<sup> \u00ae<\/sup><\/a> was  born.
