But it&#8217;s worth remembering \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t that our diets affect how our heads operate, too. Brain function depends on an \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t enormously complex system of chemicals and electrical impulses, and the fuel we \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t put into our systems can make a big difference on how we process our \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t information, our moods, and our energy levels.
