I still believe fitness can change lives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Over the years, I&#8217;ve seen countless trends come and go. New diets become popular. New workout programs appear. New fitness gadgets promise quick results. Yet the people who succeed usually have a few things in common. They stay consistent. They find activities they enjoy. They follow a plan. And they don&#8217;t try to do everything at once.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">I&#8217;ve been a runner for 59 years and a BODi Coach since 2007. During that time I&#8217;ve completed more than 30 Beachbody and BODi programs, coached thousands of people, and continued to learn from my own successes and mistakes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Today my mission is the same as it was when I started coaching. I want to help people build strength, improve health, increase energy, and stay active for life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The reason I continue to recommend BODi is simple. I use the programs myself. The workouts are practical, the variety keeps things interesting, and the structure helps people stay consistent. Consistency has always been the key to long-term success.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Coaching has never been about finding the perfect workout.
